propel endeavor turning tension adjustment

*What happens when you "break in the board" the rubber rebound bushing gets compressed and seated in its position which winds up creating a little gap between the rubber and adjustment plate. that little gap gives free play and is why the board seems to loosen up so much. this free play is not ideal because can easily cause instability at speed. I would highly recommend everyone make sure their adjustment plates are all just touching the rubber rebound bushing to avoid any play!!! If the board is still too tight on that loosest adjustment then you would benefit greatly with a softer durometer rubber rebound bushing!*

another thing someone on YT has done is to drill small holes into that bushing, that makes it softer as well

None at all, I made some comments to try to help you. When reinstalling make sure the turning adjustment screws are backed out so there is no added pressure on the rubber rebound bushing. Flip the board upside down so you can see if the suspension kingpin holes are lining up. Use a long flathead screwdriver or some type of prybar to pry the suspension towards the battery compartment. You'll see the holes line up, then just wiggle the bolt in. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE A HAMMER FOR INSTALLING THAT PIN BECAUSE ITS LIKELY YOU WILL DAMAGE THE BRASS PIVOT BUSHING IF THE BOLT IS NOT LINED UP
