In my opinion, p2w is just like a "Skip" button, you don't really have to grind alot and thats sometime makes you get bored playing the game. In genereal, grinding might need alot of times and effort, but you will have good times enjoy playing the game. After all, experiences is more important

Imo, Buying units, and coins kinda lose the purpose of TDS, it's how you need to strategise to get a faster time, get more coins, more exp, gems, towers, skins, events, that make it fun, just buying your way through makes the game less fun, like the Lunar Overture Event, it was way more fun to actually get all 3 Major Masq skins than to just spend money to feel nothing except to flex it off.

the issue that most people take from buying towers with actual cash, is that most people who would do this back in like 2020 would of been griefed pretty often, so most p2w'iners kept quiet that was UNTIL the engineer got introduced that was when most p2w'iners bought the agrecious 4500 ROBUX FOR A TOWER so alot of people would go on their profiles to check their gamepasses and then getting clowned on, when the update came out most players saw tons of lvl 50+-70+ owning a tower that is impossible to get unless you grind or straight up buy it made most players hate p2w players even more but hey we cant force people not waste cash on digital goods on a childrens platform.

Let's compare it to other PVE games/modes (for example, cod zombies or TF2's MVM) For cod zombies if you were to buy something like a Trench Gun skin. Despite your trench gun being level 0 and you already have the best loadout for it. What do people think about it: they don't care. If it makes the games go faster it makes the games go faster and that's good. For TF2's MvM if you were to buy something early like the gas passer for pyro. Despite never owning it at all and now all you need to do is use the gas passer and M1 it and you'll end games in under an hour What do people think about it: nobody cares in casual, some care in low tours. Everyine cares in high tours. TDS: is basically middle ground spiraling to MvM High Tour and that's pretty bad to say the least.
