Do not buy these cushions ! You cannot return them & You will spend all your time repairing it and putting air in it, and if you send it to the company they just find a way to charge you money for it 👎🏻

I have not had any of the issues you mentioned, and most pALS(people with ALS) here in AZ have these and I haven't heard many complaints. I have had mine for 2.5+ years and have flipped my wheelchair twice and have 8 grandkids who are all over me. I have flown often and the ONLY thing I have needed to do is inflate the cushion. It's like the Timex ad, it takes a lickin' and keep on tickin'. Of course not everyone will have good or bad experiences. I hope you can get it functioning properly and get many good years from it.
