In response to your question... The Key to movement is not comfort.. (Rom 8:14).. Those who are led by the Spirit of GOD, they are the Sons of GOD.. SO whenever, and for whatever reason you feel to leave, first ask The HOLY SPIRIT... If HE says leave, then carefully and respectfully hand over responsibilities, and duties; speak to oversights humble if there are any; then leave, not speaking I'll of the place, but always praying for the place
