Summation limits can be interchanged . Only when u interchange the limits of integration the meaning changes . And you get a negative sign . Example : summation of n from n=1 to n =3 is 1+2+3 . Same way summation of n from n=3 to n =1 is 3+2+1 . And there you are . Sum is same 😇

Keya Sardar it can be used alternatively . Only thing is the equation to find DTFT will remain the same as its summation of samples 😂

The scaling property you used is actually wrong coz we know dtft is periodic with 2pi so dividing by p you should count for them
