I have a question regarding Files a file is booked with advance payment and we gave Instalments after some certain period of time we receive allotment but not possession ( Should we report at the time of allotment ) or at the time of Possession ? Please tell me that when selling a property that was purchased more tthan 10 year back with value shown on DC rate. What value should be shown on tax return? 1 - If shown on FBR rate with CGT paid on gained amount, what one should do with the extra amount above FBR value? Where and how the money should be kept so that FBR does not raise question? 2- Should a person show the actual sale value and pay the large amount of CGT, to have peace of mind?

Sir FBR rate is Rs11000/- per sq yds of constructed property of 120 sq yds.Its means FBR value of property is 1320000/-..But actual rate or market rate is 22000000/- (RS22 million ).At which rate purchase will pay 236k and which amount should be shown in return...Please please let me guide briefly...THANKS
