Most buyers here aren't coming to work just for holidays, relaxation early retirement alongside beautiful property, weather and low cost of living. The coastline is a 40 min drive virtually motorway door to sand for Vera Playa, Garrucha Mojacar Playa etc.

@@CalidaHomes I've been watching the Spanish and Portuguese market for a few years and I've noticed they are actually a lot of building going on in Spain. Even compared with where I lived in the United States there's really limited modern houses. Maybe in Texas you can find the best buys best deals. I really like what Spain has to offer but it would be a big move unless I have a business. Or use my teaching background.
