GM sir, i booked a flat in 2014 nearby Tapukara near bhiwadi in a project on highway to alwar. The project is not completed as i last year I visited. I have no idea about any progress in near future. I have only option for waiting for improve market sentiments. What can be the option/s to deal with this. Thank you in advance for your guidance.😊

Prooerty will come down when dealers will raise payment demand from investors, kewal bubble create kiya hua h. Investors come only for easy money, As of now intt rate is near about 9% and builders take approx 2 years more than agreed time of delivery. For 5 yrs consumer have to pay loan intt with a risk of actual delivery, 😢 track record of builders is not not even after rera builders not completing projects.
