Sbi bank se maine auction me flat kharidi krna chahta tha isliye maine 25 % amount bhare aur baki ki amount loan krne ke liye time maga lekin bank ne loan time pe nhi kiya isliye hamari 25 % amount bank ne profit kiya hai. ab hamari amount vaps chahiye ye mil shakti hai

वकील जी अगर जज के द्वारा प्रॉपर्टी भी लाई जाए तो क्या सही होगा अगर बैंक जज के द्वारा प्रापर्टी को दिलाता है तो क्या सही प्रक्रिया है

Bank ke pass property ka kabja ajaye or property me physical passession lene ke time borrower thoda Saman le jata he or thoda Saman usme hi Rahene deta ho or vo physical possession Dene ke din bolt he ke me 6 din me Saman le lunga or vo 1 mahine se Saman hi na le Jata ho to kya bank usake property ka bacha Saman vedio grafy se sut karake kahe room rent me leke or gard bithade to ye prosses kya sahi he pls hame bataye

Sir meine auction mein property chal raha 75 percent bhi pay kiya abhi 10 din ho gaye abhi tak sell certificate nhi diya aur registration bhi nhi kiya kuch problem toh nhi hoga sir property icici ki thi aur meine loan bhi icici mein kiya hai

If any one buy property from bank in sarfaesi act 2002 in reserve price and got Sale certificate from bank, in this case any approval required from borrower

Sir mene union bank se bank auction me ek office purchase ki online mane Sare paise chukadiye bad me bank ki office jake mane office ke paper mage mane paper dekha to usme sales tax ka due pending dekha jo government revanue record me darj he mene bank se mere paise vapas dene ko kaha to vo na bolte he sir me ub kya karu sir please advice🙏🙏🙏

Sir hamne auction me ek shop liya. 15% amount pay karne me two day delay hua to kya hamara 10% amount forfeit ho jayega. Ya kuch option hai.

Sir I have purchased auction property and paid 25 % amount to the bank. Now as soon as I paid 25% amount as discussed with bank i have gone for home loan with the same auction bank, my loan is getting delayed by some reason . And here recovery bank is not giving me suffecient time they say your money is forefeited . So where can I go to recover my money from bank in this case ? Please reply it's urgent

According to Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, it is clear that an auction purchaser is not a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, so far as the position of the auction of plot is concerned.

मैंने एक मकान PNB के अंतर्गत,1853000rs बोली पर खरीदा था| जिसके लिए मैंने ₹463250 जमा करवा दिए हैं जब मैंने घर के कागजात मांगे तो मुझे केवल रजिस्ट्री दे दी गई और इंतकाल प्रॉपर्टी आईडी नक्शा ना होने की बात कही गई| जबकि शास्त्र मैनेजर द्वारा बोली से पहले मकान के सभी कागज पूरे होने की बात कही गई थी| इस विषय में मैंने PNB LDM और पीएनबी सर्किल हेड को लिखित में शिकायत दी हुई है पर उन्होंने इसका कोई समाधान नहीं किया |मेरे द्वारा ना चाहने पर भी मुझे अतिरिक्त 75 दिन का टाइम और दे दिया गया है जिसमें कहा गया है कि इंतकाल पहले बन जाए या फिर 75 दिन पहले हो जाए। मकान पर ₹20000 बिजली का बिल भी बकाया है ।मेरा पैसा और समय बिना बात बर्बाद किया जा रहा है । क्या यह ऑप्शन कैंसिल होकर मेरे द्वारा भरी गई 25 परसेंट राशि मुझे वापस मिल सकती है?
