I grew up playing in these lush bushes of Lincoln Meade.. we would swim in the river and come home at 8pm and its still 30 degrees warm outside... It breaks my heart to see the development never stopped... those nature conservations are being sold for estates

Pietermaritzburg is a bad property investment choice. The municipality billing is ridiculous. There are additional charges for electricity which other municipalities do not charge. Only 25% of residents pay for rates so service delivery in the city is terrible. Town is always a nightmare with traffic especially with load shedding. There's potholes everywhere. That estate itself looks kak. It just looks like ordinary flats at the moment. For the price of those flats, you could buy a house in Puetermaritzburg with your own yard cheaper.

I totally agree 💯, service delivery is terrible! The estate is quite nice, but I agree it is very expensive and i descovered that the rooms in the 2 bed apartments were very small. Municipality need to pull it's weight🤞
