Queen, I live in Chicago and here’s a tip for you. We have junk men that drive thru the alleys looking for all types of metals, appliances, furniture that people throw away for garbage day. These junk guys will take all of that medal for free because they sell it to those scrap yards.

As someone who is in the mortgage business, we employ several Prop pres companies due to us having properties in all 50 states, we would have to fix all of that up to in order to give it back to the investor to recoup their money. Girl I've seen some thangs. Yes, they're gonna get multiple bids then they submit to the servicer & we will go with the best bid and how much time it takes to get it marketable

I was supposed to agree on their price list before they give me a job order. Very low rates and you are locked in for at least a year. I turned down the first job order because I’ll end up paying more than they are willing to pay. They simply said they could not promise giving me any more job orders, because I turned down the job order.

Hello Queen Shiba dear nice property Inside looks like house was flooded cause drywalls are cut halfway up all the way through That's great cause can recheck all the wiring electrical before putting the walls backup or add new lighting in the ceiling TV's in the walls give floor plan more living space 😊
