@@BobbyAngmalaysia Yes, it's part of Subang Jaya but definitely not USJ. Subang Jaya quite big. separated to 3 main areas, SS, USJ and Putra Heights.. Smaller clusters also exists like Subang Mas, Subang Heights and USJ Heights... :D

Do you know that KLGCC charges different membership fees for bumi and non-bumi, ultra rich bumis got subsidies on golf memberships too. Walk away from Sime Darby projects if you were a dignified person.

Having a garden is cool but when there are inconsiderate and uncivilized people staying above your unit. It will be advisable to wear a helmet when you're at your garden if you know what I mean 🤣

Usually when properties that starts from RM1 million and above, tenant quality is drastically different from those that starts from rm250k ... harsh reality but truth
