Thanks for subscribing, hope i can help to bring some insight into the market for you. There are a few developments on the west side of the island, more condos than detached homes, but the ones that comes to mind tend to average around U$ 300,000

Yea from Andrew holness take over the same house 20 years ago cost 10 times more but here’s the thing if you buy the same house for 4 million back then you not making any profit if you selling it to buy something else because the house you want to buy is probably $50 million 😂 imagine having a mortgage for $50 million if you don’t have the cash money your monthly payment will be $490,000 thousand or more
