This is a bit of a longer one but thought I'd show you a bit more of the work that I do on the property. So in this video I show you how to operate a grader doing a bit of track fixing and making drains and fixing eroded out cattle troughs.

Just looked at where that grader has come from. Its a long way from home. You are a very resouceful and capableworker for a young bloke (maybe my age is showing) you farm workers are jacks of all trades. What is a brilliant education

Gday Josh , enjoyed the introduction on the grader . Been 40 years since I last sat in a grader. It was a little Galion unit that my boss at the time used for trimming work on site preps. Dozers ,graders,excavators,loved whenever I got to operate any of them.

Our grader was on the back of a ford 4000 tractor 🚜 to alter the blade you pulled 2 shear pins out and rotated it by notches and if you hit something and broke a shear pin you got a bollocking as even then they were about £15 a piece I managed to break 2 in one day jesus I thought he was going to have a stroke he turned from red to blue in his face " the following day he bloody hovered over for about 2 hours before he jumped in his land rover and buggered off . 🤣🤣🤣 Oh and my air conditioning was I didn't have a cab . 🤣🤣🤣

I operated a few dozers with a bull ram tilt and free-float the blade to push roads every bit as good as a grader can. There was a trick or two that made it a damn good job

I’ve never driven a dozer with a bull tilt blade. Ours are all angle blades and once they start pig rooting they are very hard to stop 😂
