Moving out high tension wire isn't an easy task! I'm staying in Adani Oyester sector 102 Gurgaon and here also from last 7 yrs, builder and residents been trying to shift out the high tension wire which is crossing from the society but until today, there is NO progress! Adani i a luxury project and yet high tension wire has not been shifted...imagine, how long it will take to make changes in affordable!!

Invest wisely. Don’t go for any project because its location is good .. always check builder background as well . I invested in Mahira project but now it’s all finished. Kindly check builder background instead of location .. Baad me rone se acha hai sahi se builder choose karo ya for ready to move project choose karo. Broker ke Kehne par hi maine Mahira 68 me invest kiya tha. Broker to bhaag gya but end user ro raha hai .. future ke roads par believe na kare .. ho sakta hai koi rasta ho hi na .. invest wisely .. good luck

I invested in osb builder, same fraud. 2018 mei form bhara tha and uski possession 2022 boli thi abhi 2024 khatam hone wala hai. Builder ne building ka work bhi start nai kara..... Don't invest in gurgaon Builder ne gunde rakh rakhe hai .. Koi kuch nai karta . Rera bhi complaint kara wo bhi kuch nai karte . Rera ke govt officialls bhi bribe lekar chup hai. Sab chor hai corruption corruption corruption Guys mat lo gurgaon mei aur lena hai toh ready to move lelo wo bhi reputed builder ka

Utter nonsense on x kilometer to this, y kilometers to that. Have you not been into gurgaon traffic. Unethical info in the entire video. Gurgaon is all about mis-selling. Proposed word is always misused. Proposed means in next 10 year+ or might even be scrapped. No road will be built, no high tension will be removed. Total bullshit.
