Out of all the nice estates in Gauteng i love this area because its close to my hometown(25mins max) close to bapsfontien road to brongor leading to mpumalanga limpopo or via N1 plus direct to airport road plus 20min to pta,simple bypass to jozi or midrand…i mean the only place in jozi that is a bit far from serengeti is westrand….Plus closest to most aviation schools for paragliding air balloon parachute and light weight aircrafts 😍😍😍😍😍🔥🤞🏽…..problem is that i just need about $2mil 😂😂😂😂

I know right!! SA is cheaper compared to USA. You can purchase the side as an investment. Mansions in an estate like this will have a signifiant appreciation in value few years from now.
