Your presentation of the home is top notch💃🏾💃🏾. This home is nice and modern however the bedrooms are tiny. Barely space to fit a queen/ king size bed and pedestals. They could have sacrificed the pyjama lounge for more bedroom space. Also would have loved a splash pool in the back for the price Other than that love the walk in closets and the skullery ❤

I don't know how I stumbled over on african KZbin but wow! This is amazing! Black Americans would thrive in this. $R33,000 is a STEAL for this🥰🥰🥰 the only thing I would change is that kitchen sink. Doesn't make sense and is too small. Bedrooms are tiny too but the aesthetic is impeccable. Very nicely decorated and minimal🤗🤑

Why is no one talking about the house in comment section???? The kitchen is small, the price seemed too good to be true at the start of the video, now I see why, it's a small house. I like the art on the wall, but they could have gotten bigger paintings, the little guest gate looks clumsy, like dogs niche or something. I love the lighting in the house, try to speak less formally, be natural. Great video
