Great video, and a big fan of your work. structurally you have showcased a lot what is still missing is on the aesthetics bit since precast are so modular how can the architect modify especially the exterior it would be great to see videos on moulding, window sills and other exterior aesthetic work that can be done on precast walls

Great work. One observation......the architect has used technical abbreviations that are not quite known to many viewers. It would help if he used full descriptions which you can then abbreviate. Lest we get lost in rewinding the vid as we pause to ask Mr. Google for the meaning of terms

I want exactly the same structure at my compound in Ngong. Please work out the total number of materials for the same less finishings ofcourse and cost of labour, I organise that cash and send. Then transport logistics and labour can be negotiated after payment of precast materials. Avoid steel materials too. I have them on site. Thank you
