The challenge with the eagle is not understanding that God will elevate him in time. There is so many things around him he needs to analyse and have a plan on how to navigate to get our country out of this mess, hence why God has stalled his ascension. There is rampant corruption in our country which actually needs negotiation to eradicate than threats of prosecution. Even our councils are full of corruption and the only way forward is to initiate some sort of amnesty and at the same time correct what has been done wrong. Dialogue is the only way out of our mess.

After listening to this message, it was not clear who you were referring to as the lion and the eagle. The eagle spoken of prophetically in the bible (Daniel ch. 7, and Revelation ch. 12), is America, and the lion spoken of in these two chapters is England/Great Britian/United Kingdom.
