This is David Owour who has a huge following in Kenya but has been surround by controversy too. He claims John the Baptist has come in the spirit of Elijah and is 'dissolved' inside of him. He also claims that the apparition/cloud that his followers claim to see and photograph contains the spirit of Moses and Gabriel and that Moses spirit also enters into his body so that Moses and Elijah are in his body at the same time as confirmed and according to the Deuteronomy commentary 'Devarim Rabbah 3:17'.
