Protestants and catholic throws it away but we Ethiopians keep it in our bible. It is in our Ethiopian orthodox bible. By the way we have 81 book unlike 66 of protestant bible.

Just on Enoch:the controversy with the book of enoch is the other chapters of the same book where the revelations he had seemed off,so the so called ' church Fathers' had a strict tests to measure if all chapters of any book was fully inspired. the book of enoch scroll are two,one was found in ethiopia and another one somewhere and they were incomplete,later they were put together and translated to one book of enoch. i think prophet some people down the road of church history decided to hide and not accept the book of enoch fully due to the deep revealations in there.

the cannonization of all the other 63 books was permitted fully,only the books of jasher,judas,mary,the catholic accepted books and enoch chapter 2- 150 i think,only chapter one was accepted and hence its referenced in Gen 5 and 6. But man of God your very right on this.

People should remember that there are 2 Enochs. Enoch the 7th from Adam who walked with God. And Enoc the 3rd from Adam. Son of Cain. This one didn't walk with God. The book of Enoch is heretical and very evil. And it doesn't surprise me because Enoc from Cain is the founder of gnosticism(an evil version of satan). This is exactly what you find in the book of Enoch.

They say,not me,they say. I've heard them say,that this book of Enoch we have today is not written by Enoch,but a fellow wrote a book and called it the book of the Enoch. There is a grave danger with these books that are supposedly support the Bible,coz the enemy can distort Gods truth thru them . Of late there's some teaching saying that,Satan was a chief musician in heaven,while the Bible is clear that Satan was a cherub,soldiers covering the glory of God.Angels of praise and singing are the seraphim. May the spirit of truth guide us each time we search for truths outside the Bible,the mind of God. Jesus said that,when Satan speaks lies he speaking his native language(his mother tongue)
