As a Muslim what he said obviously I don’t agree with him. But having said that we as a Muslims need to develop patience. Prophet message was to be kind and don’t judge other people. I can relate to what Justin was saying about having religion and ideologies being forced upon you as a child. It puts a bad taste in your mouth and makes religion seem bad. It wasn’t until I was 14 and started to read the Qu’rān myself with an open mind that my belief became real. The Qu’rān actually addresses humans directly and tells them to question and use their intellect. This really appealed to my logical mind. I then learned about the life of Muhammad pbuh when I was 19 and started to read the Qu’rān again. I had a brand new experience this time because I had more context. May Allah guide us all. insha’Allah. ♥️😊

Seriously, when you start focusing on how YOU feel about the way he is lecturing instead of what he is saying in the lecture, you know there's something wrong with the way you approach it. You will always find problems, issues , something you do not like. Because at the basis of it all, you reject the core Idea of God and his messengers. Muhmad made verse to justify marriage with daughter in law zainab (Quran 33:36 33:37) Muhmad made verse to justify his marriage with any woman (Quran 33:53) Muhamad justified intimacy with slaves (Sunan an nasai 3959) Qura n is not revelation from al lah, verse is made by muhmad for his own benefit. Follow real prophet and real god.

Why should Muslims spend the same or any comparable time studying the character other historical figure like with do with Muhammad pbuh? One is a prophet of God and others are famous individuals from history, there is a chasm between them that you cannot cross even begin to understand. One was expressly chosen to deliver the message and be an example to humankind by God and the others had some neat ideas.

ha-ha...seems a little suspect...especially the "categories" used. The one thing that was NOT noted in Hart's list was that the overarching assessment using his categories was of INFLUENCE, NOT of CHARACTER. If character (values/teachings) was used, another list results. Shouldn't really cast stones at other leaders when Mohamed had a child bride, betrothed at 6, consummated relationship at 9??) Yeah, probably better to get an un-biased set of categories analyzed by a more impartial presentation. I liked the banter guys, and the idea that observation is important (the proof is in the pudding, not in the directions)..people are a ball of yarn...made me smile :)

It's not unique perspective I think, how can people lead other people without coming from the same background? How do people know the feel of hungry if what they do in their life is only eating everyday? while other can only eat once a day or maybe once every two days.
