Hallelujah 🙌🏽 I'm so blessed by this message, I have kept offense with a few people, really didn't know how to accept the way they are, also not being able to truly forgive the man God showed me to be my future spouse, we are currently separated and I have been going back and forth asking if really he is being delivered or a changed man, my heart has been wanting to confront him and tell him to apologize because without an apology I cannot go forward with him (that was offense taking place) , this message has helped me alot it's an eye opener, I will wait on God, I truly need to forgive and accept and God will correct the situation, I knew that I also need deliverance. Hi family, Apostle thank you for this message. It's been stirring in my heart since I heard it. I am currently raising my 7 year old granddaughter, who mom passed last May, my daughter of 25 years. It has been a journey with adjusting to this new place. I found myself over correcting and being frustrated and fussing with my granddaughter because I didn't understand some of her ways. I had been praying asking God " Lord what is this, y so much contention, y do I react this way with her"?. The answer came through your message....I never excepted her for who she is, and I was offended by " the burden that I now have" So ,thank you for your obedience, God is truly using you to set the captives free. That's correct @DJ, do not be unequally yoked. This is about not harbouring hurt against what your spouse or someone, who has done you wrong. We are to accept their imperfection and allow God to open our eyes to see them through his eyes. Whilst you may not want to forgive and let go of the offence, by doing good to the offender, your feelings will catch up with time, this is the act of overcoming evil with good as the Bible says. Also, know that God will take appropriate action in our defence.

So what is an allowable offense? I was talking to a man on a dating site who claimed to be a Christian and he made a comment about my cleavage so I told him it was inappropriate and I had only talked to him a few times. Then he blocked me. So sone offences show a lack of character

That was an opportunity for you to examine yourself & your wardrobe, not to take offense. As a woman of God, you are not to visually tempt your brother in Christ to sin, but to dress modestly.

I think more now that it is not in our power to allow offenses, because offenses will come, but to quickly forgive and pray for wisdom and the other person...God will give wisdom when we do that when something hits us wrong and examine our own heart...to see if there is something we need to change or just how to respond in love...sometimes our response can change their ❤️...does that make biblical sense?
