The Finance Bill and Appropriations Bill are usually simmultneously. The Appropriations Bill outlines how funds will be collected/ raised to fulfil the functions outlined in the Finance Bill. When both are passed ans ascented to they become Acts of Parliament.

@@catherinemogaka7180 so how did they pass the appropriation bill without the finance bill if that’s the case. Laws are normally independent. Schedules and policies are what follow up

I think its bowing to outside pressure(IMF, World Bank, WEF, and other big corporations) instead of focusing on the economic situation Kenyans are in and serving them...(the way apostle talks...i have not heard from other ministers)

@@heatherwanjuguna4629 like I said I flow with the Holyspirit. Nothing I can do about that. So long as the message is delivered and it is. Our followers enjoy it all as they also learn. They are not just after the prophesy but life teachings from the Bible. Prophesy will fade. This was one of our short videos by the way 😂😂 I have seen Plug TV have been shortening the videos to have only the prophesy so watembelee tu

@@AlexisLexah it’s beginning to come across like he’s choosing people who will do what he tells him even if it is wrong. Also, it does look like there is something that’s already been done and he’s getting people who can cover up or continue to make a way for the old cabinet to have free access to public funds. Why would he hire people closely affiliated with the old? Since this video a lot has emerged and it’s clear this President does not care about Kenya. We were giving the benefit of doubt. No more
