Nice overview. good for bachelors. Are there any hidden costs?,lobby looks like a hotel lobby with rooms on both sides. very congested too many flats on floor. its a 1 room kitchen. maybe for very low income class. Price should be max 10 lakhs for studio = 1 room set

Ye studio apartment hai, isme space kam hota hai. But agar aapko suit nahi kare you can shift this to some other area in the room, just a slab and sink. Or the better way here could be shifting the washroom entry to the room side.

You need to make a note that average studio apartment in Korea is 600 square feet and this one is less than 450 square feet. That is a very big difference.
