Sir this was eye opening. I used to practice and draw in my early stages but as time passed by I started chasing the bigger image and that's how I got confused. And yes sir please make more videos like these. For self taught artists these explained videos make us improve in our art. What's important is to not practice, but mindful practice. I am so glad I came across this video. Sketching usually intimidates me a lot and the only thing which used to help me was simplifying the subject into basic shapes but I never knew that using straight lines can make that even easier for me. This information based video is so so important lesson for me it's 100 percent true about my 3 years of art journey I go through wrong path of practice that's why I am so weak in proportion judgement ability figure drawing & face drawing I have lots of mistake on proportion & body composition because from my learning life to still 2022 I was attach to detailing color mixing tone etc & I don't focus on proportion this video is so so important for my knowledge gain & proper direction also thanks a lot sir

i'm late but i suggest you Start with traditional drawing, start with simple forms, shapes and perspective, and progressively do More complex things
