Welcome to our training series for ProPresenter 7! In this video, we learn about the different feature related to themes. Themes are what keep your presentations constant and looking neat!

How do I get rid of a theme? I applied it to one presentation and then clicked on all the rest of my presentations and they were all "infected" with this theme. But when I click on themes, I don't see a drop-down like that. I see pictures of the theme options. Not seeing any options anywhere to delete a theme.

in theme editor I want to use worship box - which is an opaque box on top of my background. The lyrics to my songs however show up between those two things. How do I get my lyrics to the front of the slide?

Is there an easy way to change the theme of each and every song simultaneously to the same theme because I’m changing all song themes individually and it’s hard work

You can select all the songs at once in a Library list and then go up to Themes and select the Theme you want for the presentations. It will apply the Theme you selected to all the selected presentations at the same time. Note you cannot undo this process. Hopefully you find this helpful!

I accidentally deleted the “lines” theme for the lyrics, would I have to go searching for it in the folders to add it again? I’m on a MacBook

It would be moved to trash bin on the computer.

I am on 7.2 and it does not look like this. If there is no "finder" and no new vision folder under themes, how do I reorder and organize my themes?

If you are on a PC you would have to find the folder on your computer, and then you can move the folders around just like any other file on your computer. On a Mac, you would go to "Finder" which is the file system same. Then find the "ProPresenter" folder (usually in "Documents"). Then to the "Themes" folder, where you can move around the folders to organized how you wish.

@@newvisionproduction1867 Except that you can't see the actual Themes inside the parent folder. There's just a file called 'theme' which appears to have all the themes for that folder inside. So you can't move them around.

After I put the theme in the lyrics, how do I remove it?

You may be able to use undo if you just did it. Otherwise you have to apply another Theme to change it.

In what folder on the computer are your themes stored in? And when you name them can you search windows explorer for that name?

On Mac it's under documents and then ProPresenter and then Themes. On a PC it might be under My Documents, unless you designated a different location.

i try since hours to change the lyrics into a different colour. Yes, it changes in the propresnter 7 itself but not on my projector or output screens. Why did they make this soooo complicated? it doesn't matter what theme i create with what style, the lyrics on stage or projector or livestream always stay the same. Anybody knows?

It could be an issue with your Look. Shift Command 1 opens Looks. If you have a Theme added to your look for a specific output, it would override any changes you make to text on a specific slide.
