But this opens up a new set of complainces to be met For first timers like me, if you could suggest applciaitons or 3rd part service providers which will help in organizing the records it would help, like -> Purchase Bills management -> Invoice generation and mainentnace -> Cancelation of invoice -> GST filing etc...

Awesome informative video. Kudos... Regarding a Pvt employee wanting to do side business, you said that they just need to maintain both accounts separately. My query: 1) Does the company where the salaried employee works, be able to know with the PAN that the employee is having some side business too? E.g: When they release Form 16 or any other way? 2) Can this employee instead of having a Proprietorship, become a partner with a family member's firm while at job and also be legal?

6:28 Here’s a simpler way For address proof, a contact point verification format, which has to be done by the Branch Manager, is present in all banks. Doesn’t matter if you are operating from your home, this certificate would suffice. (P.S I work in SBI)

Dear Sir Need some advice for the below mentioned scene. It's happening regular basis in private job industry. 1. Few private banks and other concerns pressurising employees to work 14 hrs a day without paying any extra money. 2. Do not provide sufficient manpower to manage the job 3.
