Your Welcome. Radon test are pretty simple you can buy one for $15 at home depot. Typically buyers will do one during their home inspection contingency. These are more expensive $150 range. The systems installed work very well and are not very complicated.

Im moving to Columbus from California for work later this year. I’m in my early 20’s and I have never been nor do I have any family within 800 miles. How would you suggest I prepare for emergencies and especially the midwest winter?

@neptune7133 The weather in Columbus isn't great in the Winter but we don't often have snow emergencies. The worst I can remember from the past several years is maybe losing power of a day or two. Keeping some cash on hand and a couple days worth of food would be a start.
