Very accurate presentation. No noise, no jets, just wildlife. All facilities are super well maintained. It's remote, but Goodyear is adding attractions so fast, as long as you are okay with a 20 minute drive you're good. Saddle Mountain Brewery is excellent and a Shake Shack is in the works. That's going to be my hang out!

The Cafe prices have increased significantly. The gates in the rear of the property are wide open 6 days a week, the builder refuses to close them due to construction. The HOA fees are the highest of all communities, with fewer amenities. The HOA is under builder control u til 100% complete, sometime around 2030. Also, the café loses over $220k per year, which the resident's have to subsidize. Take a hard pass. Go elsewhere
