Why is DC and surrounding areas so expensive to live? It’s a very attractive area. Things to do, but your income has to be at millionaire or high 6 figures to have a very nice home without compromising.

Yes it does get quite expensive around here. Mostly because of high demand for housing and lucrative career opportunities
