The big downside I see is that you have 3 choices in Chesapeake: 1. living in an HOA community with nosey neighbors. 2. Living in a non- HOA home on the perimeter of an HOA neighborhood that is in a flood zone (since the HOA neighborhoods are all elevated, pushing the flooding to the perimeter. 3. Living far away from everything, long commutes, septic tanks, etc.

That's interesting, I didn't think of it like that! I don't think ALL HOAs are bad, I've been in two that have been pretty decent. Pretty much anything new(er) is going to be in an HOA, though, unless it's more rural. There are some benefits to a good HOA, though.

Hello. With some exceptions, I observe the majority of the scenes you use in your video are not in the United States, with the exception of suburban sprawl, which the United States developers are expert. This could be any city in this country.

I appreciate your comment, but a lot of the scenes were filmed by me. Yes, there were some added in by the editor that are not from the US, but this is an older video. Recently, I've been editing them myself to prevent this from happening. The information still holds true, though.

Good lord Greenbriar NOWAY!!! It's turned into a crime area

Interesting. When I researched it, the crime rate was pretty low. I look only at violent crimes, though. I think most everywhere has pretty crime. As far as places to live in Hampton Roads, Greenbrier would be in my top 10. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment!
