What’s the weather like in the summer? How long are the summers? And what does humidity feel like vs dry heat?

Lexington, SC experiences a typical humid subtropical climate, characterized by hot and humid summers. During the summer months (June to August), the temperatures can range from around 75°F (24°C) to 95°F (35°C) or even higher on particularly hot days. It is not uncommon for the humidity levels to be relatively high, especially during the peak of summer.
