Now,it depends on how you see it. Firstly, you would be looking at the cheapest places in London to buy/rent. Then,you know you only have to deposit about 10% of the price and pay gradually over years. Also If you look at it from the perspective of the worth of a property/investment in a world class city, of which its value keeps appreciating, you could rent it out for a huge monthly sum, and go get a cheaper accommodation in a neighbouring town if you prefer
