Only spent a brief time in London once, visiting a relative (we were camping in Kitchener and drove over for the day). Seemed a nice area with rich farmland. And, from what I've seen and heard, the shopping ain't too bad there either. 😉

Away from the downtown core
@bigredswife46462 жыл бұрын
@@knowpassword for many the downtown core is ideal... if ur referring to Dundas and Richmond or Richmond Row there are MANY advantages one may find to living there if youre referring to like the dundas and Lyle area than yeah lol Id definately advise to stay away but in all fairness theyve really cleaned up the downtown core compared to how it was 10yrs ago...nowadays those who used to hoard the corners of downtown have moved to diff areas and you see less and less of what you used to... unfortunately tho there ARE those areas that are less desirable (ex: Hilton or Boulee) i just dont think the downtown core is nearly as bad as it once was

Hey. I will be coming to london as an international student by the end of this month. I want to ask you about what is the cost for an individual room and how can we find places from our country so we can short list and look around once we are there?
@LifeinLondonON2 жыл бұрын
Hello, I would suggest that you speak with the school about lists for student housing. I am not able to help with individual rooms. I can however help with full apartments or houses.

In the 80s, in London, our school bypassed toronto on a trip to the 1000 islands (sic)....and they didn't even mention that town when our bus passed by it on the 401. I appreciate that now.
