Traffic will get worse if we keep building more single family homes far away from any businesses and amenities that force residents to drive everywhere. LA is designed to generate an in ordinate amount of traffic. Traffic also generates smog and pollution. San Francisco area tend to have cleaner air (when there are no wildfires), but it also costs more

I have lived in california my whole life, but I am well traveled. Never lived outside of Cali but I’ve been to 6 of the 7 continents.

As someone with Mercedes from Fletcher Jones, my understanding is that only vehicles purchased form there can take advantage of the airport shuttle. It’s not just anyone with a Mercedes.

Yes any fletcher jones Mercedes can participate. I didn't get my car at the fletcher jones in Newport, but I use it every time I fly out :)

It depends on the part of Costa Mesa you’re considering. Some parts of Costa Mesa are safer than others. Costa Mesa isn’t quite by the spectrum. More by south coast plaza.

Me too...and I grew up in Dana Point (parents moved there in 1967). Left the state in 2000, and with the rampant rise of LEFTISM in the state (and it's myriad of attendant failed policies, escalating taxes, and political corruption), you can have it. But...the weather is nice, no doubt.

I personally think those counties are 10x better than Orange County. OC is filled with lots of stuck up and rude Karen’s who give off bad vibes. Residents there come off as fake and would throw people under the bus to save their own butts. I don’t have the patience to be around that kind of negativity.

@Michael Mcdonel Ikr. I’ve been to OC only a handful of times. And that’s far from the truth. And even if there are a few diverse folks, the county as a whole is NOT exclusive at all. There’s lots of stuck up racists Karens who look down upon the very few “diverse” folks who live there.
