Pros and Cons of Living in Tarzana California

One of the things you don't like is Tarzan, swinging though the trees at all hours, screaming. It must be very disruptive.

Tarzana is over priced, you know it’s bad when an anesthesiologist (my old neighbor) was complaining about the prices & ended up moving out of state, same for my old neighbor down the street who left for the same reason, he is an engineer. Im on my way out as well, the place is no longer friendly to high earning occupations, it’s just ridiculous now, all of it, Encino, Beverly Glen, Woodland Hills, god help you if you live in Bell Canyon lol! A tiny 3 bdrm house for $2.9 mil? Atleast have a breakfast nook.
