Another hack I know as a resident from Warrenton, if you’re coming from I-66 you can get off at the VA-245 exit and cut through The Plains, probsbly one of the fastest routes. Also, the Warrenton/Marshall exit off of 66 is good too, but the intersection gets bad and it’s harder to see.

You mentioned there are a lot of farms out there, how is the market if someone is looking to purchase a farm there?

They can get pricey depending on if its a working horse farm etc and amount of land. But with Warrenton zip code i would say starting at a million. You can get some other options further out as well. Feel free to email me! [e-mail]
