I also noticed you were referencing some of the premier properties while discussing rentals. The last time I checked, a one-bedroom, one-bath was $2,190, and a two-bedroom, two-bathroom was $3,860. I would encourage you to review all properties sold and purchased, and perhaps use AI to help formulate and analyze that data set. You might be surprised to find that the median house price in the city of Williamsburg is much higher than the number you mentioned-almost double or even triple.
