In Germany if you’re already a qualified registered nurse, you have the option of working were you want, some of the departments with less patient/nurse ratio are the theatre, 1 on 1 intensive nursing at home, dialysis, radiology, heart Katheter/EKG etc with most of them they will train you as you go
