Dont' let the charm fool you. The Crime rate is actually scary!! One of the Safest place in Canada might be Quispamsis/Rothesay NB per population right Next Door is Saint john Ranked 47th worst City in Canada. NB also has some of the worst Crime stats in Canada per population in Moncton 40th worst city and Fredericton 26th worse city. Other Cities in NB all have Major crime.. It has only gotten worse with drug issues and biker gangs competing in this region. More so in the past 2 years. At least once a month we are hearing of gun crime issues and major drug seizures. Police blocking off roads and Surrounding neighborhoods. Most people are at home by 10 pm. There is little traffic on the road between 10pm and 6am

@Osasere Blakes Atlantic Business College New Brunswick is a DLI but they will offer you a special provincial work permit that will be used specifically for New Brunswick, this enables you to work while you get your PR. Just make sure you study one of the 19 targeted occupations mentioned in New Brunswick website for the Opportunities New Brunswick kicking off by April 2022. You can send a mail to Atlantic Business College to verify this as well.

Minimum wage is low here and rents are high considering the proportion of renter household income spent on rent and utilities in Fredericton, Saint John, and Moncton is more than some equivalent size places in BC and Ontario where there are better jobs with higher pay. Also NB has the worst tenants' rights in the country so beware.
