Nice video. My family and I are thinking about relocation to Myrtle Beach from California. Can I get a nice house in Caolina Forest for around 375k? Looking for 3 bedrooms 1.5 or 2 baths, and around 1800 square feet. I'm retired 58 with a wife and an 18 year boy and 15 year girl. Both kids love the ocean to swim and surf. Any info is appreciated. Thanks

Michael L Yes, that is a reasonable expectation. You can find 3&4 bd, 2ba homes 1800-2000 sq.ft. What has you drawn to Carolina Forest?

CF is a poorly planned community. All shopping is at each end of CF which puts all the traffic in two shopping areas for over 40,000. We lived in NOVA area and I can tell you the answer to the traffic issue is to put shopping centers in the community. This adds convenience and keeps a lot of traffic off the main roads. The busiest shopping area is off postal right at 501. Poor traffic planning. If you’re looking for southern hospitality and laid back vibe CF is not the place for you. This guy is realtor who points out the good and barely touches how much MB is changing and for the worse IMO.

It cracks me up that all these videos are from realtors not real people. Carolina forest is a joke. Traffic is insane. They don't care about infrastructure. There is at least 10 to 15 accidents on 501 .all north people moved to either carolina forest , Murrells inlet or little river which is another nightmare . I wish someone would make a real youtube about myrtle beach.
