Lived in this area in 2019 left for awhile and moved back in 2023 and was shocked at how much the cost of living increased.

Traffic is terrible, no matter what part of the city. Crime is getting worse. If you want to live in a nice part, you'll have to make very good money to be able to afford a home or to eat in any of the restaurants they've shown. If you're upper class, you should move to Greensboro or around Charlotte. They're your kind of people. 😂

you cant move to winston were closed and its not glamours like they make it out to be, downtown winston you can get shot just standing on the street. its trashy and not a safe place how do I know this? because i was born and raised here

also there is nothing to do in winston because its so unsafe to leave your house after dark

I graduated the FTCC Architecture drafting and design program and got a job with Raytheon Engineering a few months before I graduated. Raytheon Engineering shut its WS office doors in '97 and I was hired by a local engineering firm named PENTA Engineering then we were bought in '16 by Ramboll. I have heard the architecture program has changed a lot from when I was in it
