Buy silicone scar tape..... works wonders. Mine were red and raised and i wore them for a year.

I hear you! I’m exactly one month post op and I’m not feeling like myself and it’s making me feel super down. I wish that the recovery wasn’t super long. I feel like they’re super hard and tender and after a several hours of being out and about I just wanna lay down. Thank you for this video, it helps me to hear that others are also experiencing and feeling and thinking the same way as I am. I feel a little bit less anxious and alone.

i'm so glad to hear! not about your pain and fatigue of course but that you don't feel as anxious and alone now 🫂now that i'm over a year post-op, i can definitely say that it gets better, BUT your recovery may take a little longer than expected/than what you were told. i was still having random pains up until the year mark. i'm going to be making another video at the end of this week on my 1 year post-op update to summarize how it's been
