I have a 2020 RF GT and I absolutely love it! I purchased it back in December and I would never drive any other car but the MX-5

No one like rising prices, but if you compare the price of the ND3 to the inflation adjusted price of the original NA, the ND3 has actually lagged slightly behind inflation, so it's priced appropriately, base don that. It's an even better deal if you pass on the RF, which I don't care for anyway. At about $35k (S-Plan), the GT manual soft top is the sweet spot, in my opinion. Picking mine up in 3 days.

Excellent review. Very accurate. I know because I own one. I have been blessed having some great, fast, scary cars. But my Miata RF six speed manual is the most fun car I have ever owned. I love it!

Thanks Kevin, another pro I noticed is the ignition coils are on the top of the engine, which makes it cheaper for servicing when they die.

I like the color scheme and the easy to use climate controls. I don't like the low profile tires that all manufacturers are going to. The alloys will scratch easy and be easy to get flat fire. Lack of storage like you said is bad too.

Great car. I would purchase a 2024 RF if it was available in the blue-gray Polymetal Gray Metallic paint choice. The color choices that are available are either drab/sad or not my thing (in the case of the Soul Red Crystal Metallic).

When you have issues that are out of the ordinary ( suspension issue on highway for this car), will the manufacturer follow-up with you ?

Agree totally. Need some happy solid colours. I am in the market but still waiting until the new MX5 has a better range of colours. They are crappy and boring for such a brilliant little sports car.

I was fortunate enough to get into a 23 sport soft top in late February, she was born in 12/23 $1,000 under msrp w/ $500 military discount Mazda 0.9 for 36 months. Absolutely freakin love it ! Am 79 w/ra , 5’8 No Worries ZOOM ZOOM
