Hello Doctor! A GLAD lesion can become a bankart lesion in the future or lead to arthritis and other conditions? The cartilage can heal on its own? or need to repair the labrum to attache again? I don't have much pain daily, but when I practice some sports with wide grip overhead exercises, or even surf I get that arch pain typical from labral tear.
