I can’t even imagine how hat that smelled like. Good lucking finding a new fridge. One of my friends uses a mini fridge to dry age his meat he places a tiny fan inside to circulate the air.

That will work. I had a fan in this one, and it used to work ok... until it didn’t. 😁. I process most of my venison fresh, and once cooked ,haven’t noticed a considerable difference with the ones I’ve aged.

I was all excited to see venison prosciutto! I don’t know if I will ever be able to eat prosciutto again! That was disgusting! I was going to eat breakfast but will have to hold off for now! Lol
