It never does with sovereign citizens! They claim that the laws don't apply to them, but then they try to use the court system to file motions and sue people. They claim they're not part of the United States, but they collect social security or welfare, and use Medicare and all the other government benefits that they can get their hands on. They're the same people who also bitch about paying taxes. Their hypocrisy is neverending because they're walking contradictions.

@@Otis-Tank Amendment X The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people. This provision grants to the states (or the people of the state, who have empowered the state via its constitution) the power to do things like passing traffic laws for example. This is an exercise of the power of the state to adopt legislation for the health, welfare and safety of the people, a power that traces back to at least the Roman Republic and is called "the police power." AND he maintains that he isn’t a citizen of the United States but is a “free man on the land,” but then he begs relief and redress from the court, citing his “rights under the Constitution.” I think most people know that they all suffer from massive delusional thinking and a pathological need for attention, so they get this by twisting the truth of their responsibilities and cherry picking what legitimate protections they will demand from courts and damning the rest as not pertaining to them. The maddening thing is, judges have to appear to be fair by listening to their hogwash and not responding to the SC’s character assassination of them, or they could be giving the miscreants grounds for appeal on their cases.
