Each one of these stories touched my heart in a very special way. My biopsy showed a Gleason 3+4 and my body is telling me stage 4; bone pain in my pelvis, upper femur, hips, lower spine, ribs. We haven't done scans yet and I'm insisting on a PSMA PET Scan so I know what I'm dealing with. May Yahuwah bless each and every one of you!

12 years now and much the same story.Choices can get more limlted, now off hormone therapy,.call it a break, but as testerosterin rises so does PSA. Unfortunately new drugs avalable in Canada, are not in New Zealand, that could hopefully change.

I skipped around some on this so not sure did any of these men have Radical Prostectomy or RT? Or were they so far advanced that systemic treatment was the only option?
@bell1095 Жыл бұрын
I did have RAP Ectomy 38 month ago /Gleason 9. 2,5 month previous the Op I received a Trenatone-shot, which stopped Testosterone until 14 month after RAP. After those 14 month live became fine, althought of being 100% impotent.

I think Rons success at beating prostate cancer may be due to his running and less to the drugs. I have found the medical "experts" only focus on treatments and not cures. There is no money in curing cancer. Just my opinion. Often just discussing making changes to diet brings ridicule/how dare you question doctors and the discussion is SHUT DOWN on cancer forums.

It is meant to be from a caregiver perspective. She does seem to experience high caregiver stress. Every caregiver is different, but I believe that as a spouse you have “co-cancer”.
