I'm using prosta structure 2021 but those elements at the top and left side aren't showing

I used Prota Structure 2019 for this tutorial video, so the tabs on the screen will be different but if you carry out the same task on both Prota Structure applications, it will provide the same result. The Graphic User Interface 2021 is a bit different from 2019 but they have the same elements, you just have to patiently find them by clicking on the tabs you can see.
